• Your qualifications and credentials are genuine and verifiable
• You are not subject to any contractual restrictions preventing employment

4.2 Use of Your Information

You grant us permission to:

• Present your profile to potential employers
• Conduct background checks and verify references
• Store your information in our candidate database
• Contact you about relevant job opportunities

5.1 Job Postings

Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Honor salary ranges and benefits advertised
• Provide timely feedback on candidates we present

5.2 Fees and Payment Terms

• Recruitment fees are typically 15-25% of first year salary
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
• Refund policy applies if placed candidate leaves within guarantee period
• Fees are non-refundable after the guarantee period expires

5.3 Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 6-month replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 6 months of their start date, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee.

Service "As Is": Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee successful job placements or specific outcomes.

No Employment Relationship: GamingPros.ai (operated by Jowicom Limited) is a recruitment agency. We do not employ the candidates we place, and no employment relationship exists between us and candidates placed with client companies.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jowicom Limited and GamingPros.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK.

Marketing Services Disclaimer: GamingPros.ai (operated by Jowicom Limited) provides brand marketing and affiliate partnership services to connect businesses with our network of partners. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, revenue, traffic, conversions, or return on investment (ROI) from our marketing campaigns or affiliate partnerships. Performance metrics are estimates based on historical data and may vary.
• Third-Party Affiliates: We work with independent third-party affiliate partners and websites. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or practices of these third-party sites, nor do we control their promotional methods or compliance.
• Campaign Performance: While we employ industry best practices, marketing performance depends on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, timing, brand positioning, and audience response, which are beyond our control.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, complying with advertising regulations in their jurisdictions, and ensuring all promotional materials meet legal requirements.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jowicom Limited and GamingPros.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our brand marketing or affiliate services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation.
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GamingPros.ai, Jowicom Limited, and our affiliate partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their brand content, products, services, or violations of applicable advertising laws and regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Clients in regulated industries (including iGaming, gambling, and betting) are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing campaigns comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and advertising restrictions in their target jurisdictions.

Our marketing services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue campaigns that violate our policies or applicable laws.
